Yup,, That's me just before we go out to the corn maze to scare the bejeezus out of about 2000 ppl for the night. I've been working there in the fall for a couple yrs now when I can get time off from my second job and I have to tell you it's a blast. There's really not much money involved but I have more fun than a one legged man in an ass kickin contest!
It's huge! About 150 performers and it's about a 2 hr attraction. It's pricey but worth it. If anyone lives in the Hudson Valley or anywhere within driving distance I suggest you check it out.

I've never laughed so hard in my life. It's amazing, the reactions you get out of the people you would least expect. The natural "fight or flight" impulses take over and you'd never believe the things ppl do to get out. The best is when we get the girls to pee their pants.
My brother has been working there for about 7 yrs now and manages the corn maze. We have a great one-two punch we've worked out to really "get" people who come in our area. I absolutely love it. I wish everyone could have as much fun as we do.

OK, I just remember why corn mazes FREAK ME OUT.
OOooooo! Spinning girl, You can bring "Daddy Domo" to keep you safe if you'd like...
but I doubt it would help. We have NO mercy! (except for the little ones) The kids are told a secret password before they enter and if they are too scared to continue we take off whatever costume we can and reassure them it's ok. Then we take them by the hand and escort them to the nearest exit. (We have lots in the maze) B U T..........
IF an adult screams the password,,
That's an automatic GREEN LIGHT to do whatever it takes to make them fall to the ground and cower like little school girls!
I've been punched, kicked, headbutted, scratched and slapped,(although you're not allowed to touch the actors) Like I said,, The fight or flight reaction really takes over. LMAO!
